Right of Withdrawal

If you purchased a product from our e-commerce and wish to return it, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Description of the product to be returned
• Purchase date and product receipt date

Wait for our confirmation with the return instructions.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: it must not have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear. It must also be returned in its original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories included.
• The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products, where the shipping costs will be covered by us.
• The product must be shipped to the address provided in our return confirmation.

Refunds

• Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
